Updated spring schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday service
Submit your files by 9 am; all orders submitted Tuesday and Thursday will be processed the following production day.

Please note that files submitted past 9 am on Monday, Wednesday or Friday will not be plated until the following production day. This is for the Spring/Summer plate schedule, which lasts from January-June.

After June, we will re-evaluate plate demand and may open additional production days by the fall or winter.

We have a new minimum plate size: A6 (4.125″ x 5.8″). Please note that we no longer do custom plate sizes; if your order is in between two sizes, your order will be processed as the next larger size.

We process orders on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you have any questions, we encourage you to submit a draft for preliminary review as early as possible.

All plate prices include film negatives. Please let us know if you would like your film included with your order. Discounts are available for volume plate orders; please contact us for details.

KF95 STANDARD RELIEF PLATES

Our most popular plate, the KF95 material features a flexible, transparent plastic backing.

All KF95 plates come with a double-sided adhesive layer and are designed to fit onto a standard height Boxcar base.

KF152 DEEP RELIEF PLATES
Our KF152 deep relief plates offer a bit more flexibility for inking, making them a good option for owners of older C&P platen presses or other letterpresses with older rails. Like the KF95 plates, they feature a flexible plastic backing with a double-sided adhesive layer. KF152 plates are designed to fit onto a deep relief Boxcar base.

KM152 STEEL BACK PLATES
For those with bunting or magnetic bases, our KM152 steel back plates offer the same deep relief qualities of the KF152 plates. There is no adhesive on the back side as the steel backing is attracted to the magnetic base.

FILM POSITIVES & NEGATIVES

• We run film both film positives for screen printing and RREU film negatives for photopolymer plates.
• $15 minimum charge for film
• Fixed film width of 14 inches, length is variable (from a roll)
• For screen printing film positives, please tell us the mesh count of your screen.
